All Kloud9 orders over $100 are provided with Free Shipping anywhere in the USA, unless otherwise posted. In stock products such as smoke shop items are shipped by the next business day.  All custom tumbler or resin art can take 4-6 weeks to ship. All shipments are insured. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail (sometimes by UPS or FedEx for heavy items), and takes 2-5 business days. The vast majority of orders will be within 2-3 business days.

Due to varying laws and changing regulations at this time we are unable to offer shipping outside of the US. We may reconsider in the future but for the forseable future this is not an option. We appreciate your desire to support Kloud9 and hope to be able to provide this service in the future.
